About our EML Program

At Faneuil, we believe that a thriving and engaged workforce is the key to success. That's why we introduced the Employee Engagement and Learning (EML) Program, an innovative initiative designed to empower our employees, nurture their growth, and foster a vibrant work environment. The roots of the EML Program can be traced back to January 2022 when a visionary idea was presented to our Corporate Program Director, Michael Blood, and Chief Operations Officer, Michael Stann. Alongside Joyce Ritzert, our Chief Financial Officer, Bruce Bangert, VP of Operations, and Paula Hicks, LA Care Program Manager, they enthusiastically embraced the concept and set out to make it a reality.

Recognizing the potential to transform our organization, the EML Program became a collective effort across various departments who played a pivotal role in the implementation process. Our dedicated team members worked tirelessly to bring the program to life and ensure its seamless integration within our company culture.

Under the dynamic leadership of David Jimenez, our EML Program Manager, the entire executive team and our Human Resources Department collaborated enthusiastically from its inception to the present day, the EML Program has grown by leaps and bounds, embracing every contract within our company and reaching employees at every level. Through the program's implementation, we've seen remarkable improvements in employee engagement, productivity, and overall job satisfaction.

Central to the EML Program is the concept of Faneuil Coins – a unique recognition system that acknowledges our employees' exceptional efforts and accomplishments. With each milestone reached, our dedicated team members earn these coins, which can be exchanged for an exciting array of rewards, ranging from exclusive company swag to coveted gift cards. This spirit of recognition and celebration permeates throughout our organization, fostering a sense of camaraderie and achievement that fuels our continued success.

The EML Program took a significant step forward in November 2022 when it was officially launched, accompanied by a series of engaging events and activities. Since then, it has experienced tremendous growth, leading to a successful re-implementation in Fall 2023. The program's expansion gave rise to various branches, each with a specific focus to cater to our employees' diverse needs. MyFaneuilStore offers a curated selection of rewards and merchandise, while MyFaneuilEngage serves as a central hub for all engagement-related activities, including employee birthdays, anniversaries, recognition events, and exciting insights into the thriving Faneuil community.

Our dedicated team of Innovation Specialists and Engagement Coordinators have played an instrumental role in maintaining the momentum of the program. They continually seek out new and innovative ways to enhance engagement, foster a positive work culture, and promote collaboration among our teams.
